Can my male partner take Rejoova Repair?
Absolutely, and we strongly encourage it. Rejoova Repair was formulated for both male and female fertility. Sperm rely heavily on mitochondria for motility, and the mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and cellular aging that affect eggs affect sperm just as profoundly. The NMN, resveratrol, fisetin, quercetin, and astaxanthin in this formula directly support sperm mitochondrial function, motility, morphology, and DNA integrity. Male partners should take Rejoova Repair alongside Rejoova Sperm for a complete male fertility protocol.
What makes this formulation different from the previous Rejoova Repair?
The updated Rejoova Repair builds on the NMN and trans-resveratrol foundation that has been clinically effective and adds five key ingredients with emerging evidence in reproductive aging and cellular repair: QUERCEFIT® (a patented, highly bioavailable quercetin phytosome that delivers far superior absorption compared to standard quercetin), fisetin (one of the most potent senolytic compounds identified to date, which clears the senescent cells in ovarian tissue that drive premature ovarian aging), bovine bone marrow (sourced from grass-fed cattle, providing growth factors, fat-soluble vitamins, and immune-modulating alkylglycerols rooted in ancestral nutrition), L-ergothioneine (a uniquely stable antioxidant that accumulates specifically in mitochondria and reproductive tissues and provides recyclable cytoprotection that conventional antioxidants cannot replicate), and Astragalus membranaceus (a foundational TCM herb with modern evidence for telomerase activation and telomere support, endometrial receptivity, and immune tolerance at the implantation site). Together these additions make the updated Rejoova Repair a more comprehensive and targeted formula that addresses the full spectrum of cellular drivers of fertility decline for both partners.

Rejoova Core FAQs
How many capsules do I take each day?
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with food.
Can I take this product with Rejoova Eggs?
Yes. Rejoova Core was specifically designed to be taken alongside Rejoova Eggs.
Does Rejoova Core replace my prenatal?
Rejoova Eggs and Rejoova Core together give you two of the most important things a prenatal is supposed to provide: active methyl folate (5-MTHF) and a meaningful dose of choline, plus Vitamin D3 from Rejoova Eggs. Many prenatals fall short here. They often rely on synthetic folic acid, which not everyone converts efficiently, and choline is frequently missing or barely present.
Rejoova Eggs also contains beef liver and beef ovary extract, what we like to call nature’s B complex. Liver is naturally one of the most B-vitamin and iron-rich foods there is, and whole-food nutrients like this are often well recognized and absorbed by the body. We don’t quantify a specific B12 or iron dose from this extract the way a prenatal label does, but it’s real, whole-food nutrition working the way it always has.
If you’re also eating a nutrient-dense, whole-foods diet and taking a quality omega-3 (EPA/DHA) separately, Rejoova Eggs plus Rejoova Core can cover a meaningful part of what a prenatal is trying to do, and does it well in the areas that matter most for methylation and early development.
What this combination is not is a substitute for a fully quantified prenatal panel. There’s no labeled iodine in Rejoova Core or Rejoova Eggs, and the B12 and iron naturally present in the liver and ovary extract aren’t dosed or guaranteed the way a prenatal ingredient would be. Some women need iodine, B12, or iron in specific, tested amounts, particularly if you’re vegetarian, have a history of low ferritin, or have a thyroid condition. That’s not something we want you guessing on.
So here’s our real answer: work with us or your provider to check your levels for iron, iodine, and B12, and supplement those individually if needed based on your actual labs. That way you get both. The active methyl folate and real choline your prenatal may be shortchanging you on, real food-based nutrition from Rejoova Eggs, and confidence that your individual gaps are covered by data, not assumption.
This information is educational and not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace guidance from your healthcare provider.
Is this product safe during the two-week wait?
Yes. Rejoova Core is safe during the two-week wait and is designed for the preconception period and into early pregnancy.
I have an MTHFR gene variant. Is this product appropriate for me?
Yes. Rejoova Core uses active 5-MTHF, which bypasses the conversion step required for folic acid.
How long should I take this product?
We recommend beginning at least 3 months before trying to conceive to allow time for full nutritional repletion.
Can I take Rejoova Core if I have PCOS?
Yes. Active methylfolate and choline may be especially relevant for women with PCOS and related methylation or metabolic concerns.
Can I take Rejoova Core if I have low AMH or DOR?
Yes. Rejoova Core supports the broader nutritional environment for conception and is recommended alongside Rejoova Eggs for women with low AMH or diminished ovarian reserve.

Rejoova Eggs Formulation
Vitamin D3 — 50 mcg (2000 IU)/serving
Description: Vitamin D is a fat-soluble nutrient, found in cod liver oil, coldwater fish, butter, and egg yolks, known to be important for the immune system and overall health. Over the past decade, Vitamin D has been the focus of much attention, as it has become apparent that Vitamin D deficiency is surprisingly common. It is estimated that more than 35% of the US population is deficient. The increasing rate of Vitamin D deficiency is often attributed to people spending less time outdoors and covering up with sunscreen when they venture outside. Vitamin D deficiency is associated with suboptimal fertility and poor pregnancy outcomes. Researchers have documented a link between higher vitamin D levels and pregnancy rates, and it is known that low Vitamin D levels are common in women with PCOS. Also, studies have shown higher IVF pregnancy rates in women who are replete in Vitamin D.
Support for Dosage and Format: Rejoova Eggs provides 250% Daily Value of Vitamin D from Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). There are two major forms of vitamin D found in dietary supplements; Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol), which is derived from plants and fungi when they are exposed to UV radiation, and Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), which is the form of Vitamin D made by skin when it is exposed to sunlight. Although cholecalciferol and ergocalciferol are absorbed equally well, research shows that cholecalciferol is more effective in raising and maintaining vitamin D levels in your bloodstream.
NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) — 300 mg/serving
Description: NMN is a compound known as a nucleotide, which is a basic building block of nucleic acids, most notably RNA and DNA. It naturally occurs in a variety of foods, including avocados, broccoli, cabbage, tomatoes, and raw beef, and is also made in the body by chemical reactions involving B vitamins. NMN is found in every cell in the body, where it serves the vital role as a precursor for NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide). NAD is an essential coenzyme for chemical reactions that create cellular energy and maintain cellular health, and every cell is dependent on NAD to help regulate essential functions like DNA repair, gene expression, and cellular stress responses. NMN levels decrease as we age, and, as a result, NAD levels decline, which may contribute to health conditions associated with aging, including suboptimal egg quality. Research suggests that supplemental NMN helps to replenish NAD levels within cells, thereby promoting healthy cellular function throughout the body.
Support for Dosage: To date, most of the research on NMN has been done in animals. However, the limited research in humans suggests that dosages between 300 and 600 mg per day show benefit and are well-tolerated.
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) — 200 mg/serving
Description: CoQ10 is one of the most popular and most well-researched nutrients for preserving egg quality and female fertility. CoQ10 is a small molecule with powerful antioxidant activity, found in almost every cell in the body, including developing egg cells. Within the cell, CoQ10 plays a direct role in helping the mitochondria, often called the “powerhouse” of the cell, to produce energy required for all cellular functions. With age, the mitochondria becomes less efficient and CoQ10 levels decline, resulting in a reduction of energy production within the cell. In a fertility context, this decline in mitochondrial function leads to poor egg quality and premature ovarian aging. While CoQ10 occurs naturally in some foods, such as salmon, tuna, organ meats, and whole grains, it is difficult to get enough CoQ10 through diet alone and supplementing with CoQ10 is recommended to ensure cells have enough CoQ10 to support optimal energy production.
Dosage and Format Support: Supplemental CoQ10 is safe and well tolerated at daily doses exceeding 1,000 mg, and dosages as low as 50 mg per day are considered to provide some benefit. Supplemental CoQ10 comes in two forms: ubiquinone and ubiquinol. There is quite a bit of disagreement in the natural products industry about which form is better. Ubiquinol is the active form of CoQ10 and is believed to be more absorbable than ubiquinone, and for these reasons, some experts suggest taking ubiquinol. However, ubiquinone is many times more expensive than ubiquinone and nearly all of the studies showing benefit of CoQ10 supplementation for various health conditions have used ubiquinone, which suggests that supplemental ubiquinone produces desired results at a fraction of the cost. Rejoova Eggs contains ubiquinone, which is a suitable supplemental form of CoQ10.
Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ) — 20 mg/serving
Description: PQQ is often called a “longevity” nutrient. It is a B vitamin-like enzyme cofactor that helps to protect mitochondria, the energy powerhouse of the cell, from oxidative stress and promotes the generation of new mitochondria within cells. In a fertility context, the generation of new mitochondria is helpful for egg quality and ovarian function. PQQ has been found in various foods, including fermented soy products, green peppers, kiwi, parsley, tea, papaya, spinach, and celery. While the research into PQQ is still in its infancy, because humans do not synthesize PQQ, many people believe PQQ to be an essential nutrient, which means that we must obtain sufficient amounts of PQQ in our diet or via supplementation.
Support for Dosage: Data in humans on the use of supplemental PQQ is scarce. However, PQQ is a popular ingredient in dietary supplements, and is found in a range of daily doses, from 5 mg per day to more than 40 mg per day. Rejoova Eggs contains 20 mg per day, which is well within the range commonly found in dietary supplements.
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, sodium — 15 mg/serving
Description: Alpha Lipoic Acid, or ALA, is a compound that plays a role in energy metabolism in the body. It has antioxidant-like activity that supports mitochondrial integrity, which may be helpful in promoting egg quality and ovarian function. Alpha-Lipoic Acid may be especially helpful for women with PCOS, as it may improve insulin sensitivity.
Support for Dosage and Format: There is very little human data on alpha lipoic acid to rely on to determine the most effective dose for improving egg quality. However, alpha lipoic acid is widespread in dietary supplements, and is well tolerated at daily doses ranging from 5 mg to over 100 mg. Rejoova Eggs includes R-alpha lipoic acid, which is the form naturally synthesized by the body, and the preferred supplemental form of alpha lipoic acid.
L-Carnitine (bitartrate) — 300 mg/serving
Description: L-carnitine is an amino acid that is naturally produced in the body, and is also found in foods such as meat, fish, and dairy products. L-carnitine helps the body convert fatty acids into energy, and is also an antioxidant. Research suggests a benefit of L-carnitine for improving egg quality by preventing oxidative damage and for improving insulin sensitivity in women with PCOS.
Support for Dosage and Format: There is very little human data on L-Carnitine to rely on to determine the most effective dose for improving egg quality and female fertility. However, L-Carnitine is widespread in dietary supplements, and is well tolerated at daily doses ranging from 50 mg/day to over 1,000 mg/day. Rejoova Eggs contains L-carnitine bitartrate, which is a salt of L-carnitine and tartaric acid. It is one of the most common forms of L-carnitine found in supplements.
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) — 600 mg/serving
Description: NAC is a precursor to glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant. It also has powerful anti-inflammatory activity. With respect to female fertility, NAC is most well-studied in women with PCOS, where it has demonstrated the ability to support healthy ovulation by improving the insulin response. But, even for women without PCOS, the antioxidant activity of NAC is believed to support egg quality.
Support for Dosage: There is very little human data on NAC to rely on to determine the most effective dose for improving egg quality and female fertility. However, in a study of recurrent miscarriage, a dose of 600 mg per day was used. And, NAC is widespread in dietary supplements, with daily dosages of more than 1,000 mg per day being well tolerated.
Beef Ovary Extract — 500 mg/serving
Description: Glandular therapy, i.e. supplementing with organ and gland extracts from animals, has long been an important form of medicine. The concept underlying the medicinal use of these substances is that “like heals like”. Therefore, supplementing with bovine ovary extract is believed to improve the function of the human ovaries.
Ovary extract is rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other nutrients specific to ovaries. The ovary extract used in Rejoova Eggs is derived from grass-fed cows.
Support for Dosage: Commercially available products containing ovary extract include daily dosages in the range of 150 mg to approximately 1,000 mg. Rejoova Eggs includes 500 mg per day, an amount considered to be safe and effective.
Sha Yuan Zi Extract (Astragalus complanatus) (seed) — 500 mg/serving
Description: Sha Yuan Zi is a widely used traditional Chinese medicinal herb for treating muscle, liver, kidney, blood, skin and reproductive system conditions. For female fertility, Sha Yan Zi boosts a woman’s essence or jing, also known as her vitality and reproductive health. It contains flavonoids, organic acids, glycoside, and triterpenoids, all of which contribute to this herb’s therapeutic effectiveness.
More broadly, research suggests a possible role for Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of PCOS. In one study, the addition of Chinese herbal medicine to clomiphene (Clomid) improved pregnancy rates in women with PCOS.
Additionaly, a Chinese herbal formula composed of 15 herbs known as Zi Shen Yu Tai Wan has been shown to be clinically effective for improving endometrial receptivity, reducing the chance of miscarriage, and for improving ovarian reserve.
Support for Dosage: Sha Yuan Zi is commonly used, but dosage amounts found in commercially available products vary significantly. Rejoova Eggs contains 500 mg per serving, an amount believed to be safe and effective.
Beef Liver Extract — 500 mg/serving
Description: Liver extract, typically derived from bovine liver, is highly prized as a dietary supplement for its nutrient density and its ability to improve liver function. It is rich in heme iron, which is considered the most bioavailable form of iron. It also contains vitamin B12 and folic acid, both of which participate in building blood, maintaining a healthy nervous system, and increasing energy levels. The liver is the most important organ of metabolism, so when liver function improves, metabolism improves. An improved metabolism creates high energy levels and greater feelings of health and well-being. Because liver extracts are an effective way to improve liver function, supplementing with liver extracts is beneficial any time the body is depleted or under stress. For patients with fertility issues, supporting the liver is extremely important.
Liver extracts been recommended for patients with chronic liver disease since at least the late 1800s, and several studies have demonstrated an ability of liver extracts to promote hepatic (liver) regeneration (source: Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine, Murray and Pizzorno, 2nd edition, 1998).
Liver extracts are also popular among bodybuilders and athletes due to its anti-fatigue effects.
Support for Dosage: Commercially available products containing liver extract include dosages in the range of 150 mg to approximately 1,000 mg per serving. Rejoova Eggs includes 500 mg per day, an amount considered to be safe and effective.

Rejoova Sperm Formulation
There is a large body of scientific evidence supporting the relationship between serum vitamin D level and overall semen quality, male reproductive potential, and testosterone levels. Additionally, multiple studies have shown that the active form of Vitamin D may enhance sperm motility and other sperm health parameters. A 2023 meta-analysis involving five clinical trials with a total of 648 infertile men showed that supplementation with Vitamin D may significantly improve total sperm motility, progressive sperm motility, and normal morphology.
Dosage Support: Rejoova Sperm provides 250% Daily Value of Vitamin D from Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Zinc — 15 mg/serving
Description: Zinc is an essential trace mineral found most abundantly in meats, fish, oysters, eggs, and dairy products. Zinc is an important antioxidant cofactor. Specifically, zinc si a component of superoxide dismutase, which is a crucial antioxidant enzyme that prevents cellular damage caused by the toxic oxygen molecule known as superoxide.
Zinc is involved in all facets of male reproduction, including hormone metabolism, sperm formation and sperm motility. Zinc deficiency in men results in decreased testosterone levels and sperm counts.
There is a significant amount of research supporting the benefit of zinc supplementation for promoting sperm health and male fertility, especially when testosterone levels are low. As a result, zinc is one of most commonly recommended nutrients for male fertility.
Dosage Support: Rejoova Sperm offers 136% Daily Value of zinc, an amount believed to be safe and effective for long term use. Zinc toxicity occurs only with daily doses far exceeding 50 mg a day for many weeks, as high doses of zinc can interfere with copper and magnesium absorption.
Selenium — 75 mcg/seving
Description: The trace mineral selenium naturally occurs in seafood, organ meats, and Brazil nuts. This essential mineral functions primarily as a component of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase, which works with Vitamin E to prevent free radical damage to cell membranes. Low levels of selenium are linked to a higher risk of conditions associated with oxidative stress, such as suboptimal sperm quality. As a result, it is among the most popular nutrients for promoting sperm health.
Dosage support: Rejoova Sperm offers 75 mcg of selenium per day, which is 136% Daily Value. A daily intake of 50 to 200 mcg of selenium is considered to be safe. Levels exceeding 1,000 mcg per day can produce toxicity.
Extramel® (154 IU SOD from French melon juice concentrate) — 11 mg/serving
Description: Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is an antioxidant enzyme that is found in all living cells within the body. This powerful enzyme serves as the front line of defense against reactive oxygen species that lead to cellular damage within the body. Specifically, superoxide dismutase prevents the damage caused by the toxic oxygen molecule known as superoxide.
Given its important role in mitigating free radical damage and reducing inflammation, SOD has shown promise as a therapeutic agent in a wide range of conditions, and is indicated for any condition, such as male fertility, where oxidative stress has a negative impact. Research has shown that when combined with other antioxidants, SOD supplementation may improve sperm DNA fragmentation, progressive sperm motility, and normal morphology.
Dosage Support: Rejoova Sperm contains 25 mg/serving. This is a commonly found quantity in dietary supplements and is believed to be safe with long-term use.
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) — 200 mg/serving
Description: CoQ10 is a small molecule with powerful antioxidant activity, found in almost every cell in the body. In a fertility context, this decline in mitochondrial function leads to poor sperm health. While CoQ10 occurs naturally in some foods, such as salmon, tuna, organ meats, and whole grains, it is difficult to get enough CoQ10 through diet alone and supplementing with CoQ10 is recommended to ensure cells have enough CoQ10 to support optimal energy production.
CoQ10 is one of the most popular and most well-researched nutrients for promoting sperm health and male fertility. Research indicates a role for supplemental CoQ10 in improving semen parameters and oxidative stress markers and reducing sperm DNA fragmentation in men with suboptimal fertility.
Dosage Support: Supplemental CoQ10 is safe and well tolerated at daily doses exceeding 1,000 mg, and dosages as low as 50 mg per day are considered to provide some benefit. Rejoova Sperm contains ubiquinone, which is a suitable form of CoQ10.
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) — 600 mg/serving
Description: NAC is precursor to glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant. It also has powerful anti-inflammatory activity. As a powerful antioxidant, NAC is indicated whenever oxidative stress is present, which makes it an ideal supplement for male fertility. Research has shown that oral supplementation with NAC can improve sperm parameters by reducing oxidative stress in infertile males.
Dosage Support: NAC is widespread in dietary supplements, with daily dosages of more than 1,000 mg per day being well tolerated. Rejoova Sperm contains 600 mg/serving, a dose similar to studies showing therapeutic benefit.
Yin Yang Hu (Epimedium sagittatum, extract) — 500 mg/serving
Description: Epimedium is a large, leafy plant native to China. It is commonly used to promote male sexual vitality and is often referred to as “horny goat weed”. In Traditional Chinese medicine, epimedium is believed to tonify the kidney by strengthening kidney yang, dispelling wind, and eliminating dampness.
Support for Dosage: The dosage of Epimedium found in commercially available products ranges widely, but is commonly between 500 mg and 1000 mg per serving. Rejoova Sperm contains 500 mg/serving, an amount considered to be safe for long term use.
Liver Extract — 500 mg/serving
Liver extracts have been recommended for patients with chronic liver disease since at least the late 1800s, and several studies have demonstrated an ability of liver extracts to promote hepatic (liver) regeneration (source: Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine, Murray and Pizzorno, 2nd edition, 1998).
Liver extracts are also popular among bodybuilders and athletes due to its anti-fatigue effects.
Support for Dosage: Commercially available products containing liver extract include dosages in the range of 150 mg to approximately 1,000 mg per serving. Rejoova Sperm includes 500 mg per day, an amount considered to be safe and effective.
Testis Extract — 500 mg/serving
Description: Glandular therapy, i.e. supplementing with organ and gland extracts from animals, has long been an important form of medicine. The concept underlying the medicinal use of these substances is that “like heals like”. Therefore, supplementing with bovine testis extract is believed to improve the function of the human testicles.
Testis extract is rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other nutrients specific to testicles. The testis extract used in Rejoova Sperm is derived from grass-fed cows.
L-Carnitine (bitartrate) — 500 mg/serving
Description: L-carnitine is an amino acid that is naturally produced in the body and is also found in foods such as meat, fish, and dairy products. It plays a central role in male reproductive health through several interconnected mechanisms that directly impact sperm quality, DNA integrity, and fertilization potential.
In the testes and epididymis, L-carnitine is found in exceptionally high concentrations, higher than almost anywhere else in the body, which reflects how essential it is to sperm function. Within sperm cells, L-carnitine is responsible for transporting long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are converted into the ATP energy that powers sperm motility. Without adequate L-carnitine, sperm cells are energy-depleted, which directly impairs their ability to move efficiently and reach the egg.
Beyond energy metabolism, L-carnitine functions as a potent antioxidant within the male reproductive tract. Oxidative stress is one of the primary drivers of sperm DNA fragmentation, and L-carnitine helps neutralize the reactive oxygen species that cause this damage. This is particularly important because sperm DNA fragmentation is now recognized as a significant and underdiagnosed contributor to both male infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. Research demonstrates that male partners of women experiencing recurrent miscarriage have significantly higher rates of sperm DNA fragmentation, and that reducing oxidative stress in sperm can improve both fertilization rates and pregnancy outcomes.
Clinical research supports L-carnitine supplementation for improving multiple sperm parameters, including motility, morphology, and total motile sperm count. Studies have also demonstrated improvements in sperm DNA integrity with carnitine supplementation, making it a particularly valuable nutrient for couples dealing with recurrent implantation failure or pregnancy loss where sperm quality may be a contributing factor.
L-carnitine is also beneficial for men with varicocele, a condition associated with elevated testicular temperature and oxidative stress, and for men whose sperm parameters have been impacted by lifestyle factors, environmental exposures, or aging.
Support for Dosage and Format: L-carnitine is widespread in dietary supplements and is well tolerated at daily doses ranging from 50 mg/day to over 1,000 mg/day. Rejoova Sperm contains L-carnitine bitartrate, one of the most stable and well-absorbed supplemental forms of L-carnitine. The dose in Rejoova Sperm is consistent with amounts used in clinical research demonstrating improvements in sperm motility, morphology, and DNA fragmentation.

Rejoova Core Formulation
Folate (as active coenzyme (6S)-5-MTHF calcium salt; Magnafolate® Pro) — 1000 mcg DFE (250% DV)
Folate is essential for DNA synthesis, cell division, and the methylation cycle. Rejoova Core uses 5-MTHF, the biologically active form of folate, so the body can use it directly without needing to convert synthetic folic acid first. This is especially important during preconception and early pregnancy, when folate needs are high and nutritional status matters before a woman even knows she is pregnant.
Support for Dosage and Format: Research supports active methylfolate dosing in the range of 400 mcg to 1000 mcg DFE daily for preconception and early pregnancy support, with higher amounts often used when stronger methylation support is needed. Rejoova Core provides 1000 mcg DFE, a clinically meaningful dose designed to fully support preconception and early pregnancy needs. Magnafolate® Pro was selected because it is a stable, highly bioavailable form of active 5-MTHF that bypasses the conversion step required for folic acid.
Choline (as microencapsulated choline bitartrate; VitaShure®) — 300 mg (55% DV)
Choline is an essential nutrient that supports fetal brain development, neural tube support, placental health, and healthy methylation. It also plays an important role in liver function, cell membrane integrity, and the broader nutritional foundation needed before and during pregnancy. Choline is one of the most commonly under-consumed nutrients in pregnancy, and many prenatals contain little or none at all.
Support for Dosage and Format: The adequate intake for choline during pregnancy is 450 mg per day, with many clinicians and researchers recommending closer to 550 mg per day, especially during early pregnancy. Rejoova Core provides 300 mg per serving, a meaningful daily dose designed to help close one of the most common gaps in preconception nutrition when combined with a choline-rich fertility diet. VitaShure® microencapsulation was selected to improve stability, reduce the unpleasant odor often associated with choline, and make daily use easier to sustain.
