I want to delay my subscription. How can I do this?
Go to My Account > Subscriptions and select Suspend.
How can I change my subscription?
You may cancel your current subscription under My Account > Subscriptions. Then purchase a new subscription.
What’s your return & cancellation policy?
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be unopened and in sellable condition. Read our Return Policy.

Was there any third-party testing?
Yes, we did have all our products tested and they all passed with flying colors. All limits are WNL and there were no toxins, heavy metals or the like found.
Why has the color of my supplements changed?
Moisture exposure can cause supplements to change color so it would be best to keep the supplements in their original bottle. If you prefer to use a pill organizer, place a desiccant pack inside to help absorb moisture. Also, make sure that they are stored in a consistent temperature of around 70°F (+/- 5°). Please note that if not stored properly, moisture exposure can cause color changes and may lead to microbial growth, which could cause mild digestive discomfort in rare cases so it would be best to discard them.
How should I store my supplements?
- Keep them in the original glass bottle to protect them from moisture and air.
- If using a pill organizer, add a desiccant pack to help absorb moisture.
- Store at a consistent temperature of around 70°F (+/- 5°) for best results.
